"With dial-up ISP service, problems occur. But with DialMaine, there is an obvious difference. Thank you for the honest communication and detailed explanations. You have done this when the problem was your fault or not. Your promises of corrective action to avoid future problems are both credible and reassuring. Your style of customer relations encourages us to be patient. We have had several ISP services before we found you, and have never been treated this well before." — Jim and Gayle
