Cancellation Policy

DialMaine members can cancel their account with us at any time. We want to provide you with the best Internet service possible, so we will want to know why you are dissatisfied, and we will do our best to address your concerns and keep you as a customer.

If you do decide that you really want to cancel within the first month, you will receive a full refund for the entire month. If you cancel after your first month of service, you will receive a refund for the current month, plus any remaining pre-paid amount.

Money-Back Guarantee

DialMaine offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your DialMaine experience, we will gladly refund your current month's charges and any remaining pre-paid amount.

Outage Credit Policy

In the event that the DialMaine network is down for more than two hours, we will credit all customers for one day's worth of service on their next invoice. Credit is added to the next billing cycle. For customers who have pre-paid, the credit will added to their account and be applied when they renew their account.
